Terms and Conditions for the Cherry Godfrey Ad-Mazing Creations Competition
Introduction
By participating in this competition, you are agreeing to the following competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Cherry Godfrey.
Eligibility to Enter
This competition is open to all children aged 5-15, resident on the Isle of Wight. You can either enter through your schools, if they are taking art, or as a homeschooled student.
By entering this competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
Entrants may enter as many ads as they want.
The Prize
Prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, and are up to the discretion of the businesses who brief the students.
There will also be overall prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place schools.
The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Cherry Godfrey’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
Once the winners have been chosen, we will announce the winners via their schools or contacts provided, for homeschooled children. The winners will be invited to attend a prize ceremony to celebrate their success and receive their prizes.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Cherry Godfrey for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in both of our Privacy Policy.
The winner’s first and last name and school will be announced on Cherry Godfrey's social media channels, in the Isle of Wight Observers Ad-Mazing Creations Supplement and at the award ceremony.
Limitation of Liability
Cherry Godfrey accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
Cherry Godfrey reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
The competition is open for entries from 1st March 2025 and closes at midnight on 13th May 2025.
No late entries will be accepted.
