1. What’s your background

I previously worked in the pension sector, where I spent several years helping people plan for their futures and navigate what can often feel like a complex landscape. Alongside the technical side of the work, I really enjoyed the relationship‑building aspect supporting clients, collaborating with colleagues, and being part of a team that made a real difference to people’s lives.

2. What are you most excited about in your new role

I’m excited about the opportunity to learn, grow, and bring my experience into a new environment. I love getting stuck into fresh challenges, meeting new people, and being part of a team where I can contribute while continuing to develop my skills.

3. What attracted you to join Cherry Godfrey Group

Cherry Godfrey stood out to me because of its strong reputation for genuinely caring about its customers and its people. The culture felt warm, supportive, and community‑focused exactly the kind of environment where I know I can thrive. I was also drawn to the variety within the business and the chance to be part of a company that’s growing and evolving.

4. What makes you feel proud at work

I feel proud when I know I’ve made someone’s day easier whether that’s a colleague, a customer, or someone who just needed a bit of support. Delivering work I can stand behind, being part of a team that collaborates well, and seeing positive outcomes from our efforts all give me a real sense of achievement.

5. If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be

Don’t rush through life enjoy the moments as they come. Things have a way of working out, and the journey is just as important as the destination.

6. What’s your favourite way to spend a weekend

My perfect weekend is a mix of quality time with family and friends, a good book, and something fun and social. I love catching a West End show when I can as there’s nothing quite like the energy of live theatre and I’m always up for a relaxed meal or a catch‑up with the people I care about.

7. What is the best advice you have ever been given

“Be kind, stay curious, and don’t underestimate the power of listening.” It’s simple, but it’s shaped the way I approach both work and life.
