  1. What’s your background? 

I left college at 16 and went straight into full-time work. Since then, I’ve developed strong customer service skills and gained valuable experience working with people. I really enjoy helping others and take pride in providing a positive experience for customers. 

  

  1. What are you most excited about in your new role? 

I love that no two days are ever quite the same. There are always different customers, situations and challenges, so there’s plenty to learn. I enjoy the personal side of the role and speaking with customers, but also everything that goes on behind the scenes to help things run smoothly. 

  

  1. What attracted you to join Cherry Godfrey Group? 

I really liked the fact that Cherry Godfrey is a family-run business. There’s a personal feel to the company and you feel valued as an individual rather than just being another employee.  
 

  1. What makes you feel proud at work? 

Knowing I’ve genuinely helped someone. I take pride in building good relationships with customers and representing Cherry Godfrey in a positive way. It’s really rewarding when something you’ve helped with can make a genuine difference to someone’s life. 
  

  1. If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be? 

I would say don’t worry so much about having everything figured out straight away! Confidence and experience come with time. 

  

  1. What’s your favourite way to spend a weekend? 

In my free time, I enjoy catching up with friends and loved ones, whether that’s over a coffee, on a dog walk, or at the pub.
